Who We Are

Matt started working in the construction industry as an apprentice carpenter on the South Coast of NSW and once qualified, obtained his sub-contractor licence and began working for various builders in the Snowy Mountains and Canberra regions over a ten-year period. Since then, he has completed additional training to obtain his Certificate IV in Building and Construction through the Master Builders Association.

Upon completion, Matt acquired his ACT and NSW Builders Licences and can provide services in both regions. Matt Ivanoff Constructions is a Canberra based builder specialising in high quality home renovations (including bathrooms and kitchens), extensions, maintenance, decks and pergolas.

The business is branching out into building new homes. As the owner and builder, Matt takes pride in ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and establishing strong partnerships with clients to ensure overall satisfaction with the job.

Matt Ivanoff Constructions welcomes client input and feedback to ensure their evolving expectations, needs and questions are met with clarity and prompt action. Matt provides a personalised, high-quality service by being present on the jobsite and working alongside preferred subcontractors who have each been selected for their high levels of expertise and commitment to providing the highest quality of work, regardless of the job size.
